Yeahhhhh!!! I received a email from USCIS today stating that our I600A app had been approved and our I71H should be coming in the mail.
What this means: This is our preapproval from immigration. Basicly it approves us to adopt an unknown orphan. This is also the last major piece we needed to complete our dossier (paperwork).
Next we send everything to the Sec of State for Seals.
